Meet the Xtreme Junior Team
Avery
Hi, my name is Avery. I am 10 years old and going into 5th grade. This is my first year on the Xtreme Team and my 8th year of dancing. I am dancing on Diamonds & Studs, companies A, K and O, Teen Crew 2 (hip hop), Xtreme Jr, Xtreme All, Production and a solo. My favorite style of dance is Lyrical. I'm really excited for this dance season! My goal this year is to work hard and advance my skills.
Bellamy
Hi, my name is Bellamy! I'm 10 years old and going into 5th grade. I've been dancing at DOB for six years. This year will be my first year on Xtreme Team. I'm also on Diamonds, Co A, Co K, Teen Crew 2, Xtreme Jr., Production, and I'm doing a solo. My favorite styles of dance are Lyrical and Jazz, and what I love most about dancing, is being on stage. It's so amazing! When I'm not at dance, I love to paddle board, run, swim, play piano and golf, bake, and hang out with my friends and my dog, Willa. I am so excited for this year!
Duncan
Hi, my name is Duncan. It is my first year on the Xtreme Team. I’m very happy and ready to work hard! I am 9 years old. I am going into fourth grade. I’m going to be in 11 dances (2 with my sister and 1 with my dad!) I am excited to be in a lot of dances with my good friends Henry and Maguire. This will be my 6th year in dance. I’m going to be doing a hip-hop solo to a song that my dad mixed. My favorite style of dance is hip-hop/breakdancing. I really like dance because it is fun and I’ve made a lot of friends. When I’m not at dance, I like to sing, play games and play the drums.
Grace
I’m Grace and I am 10 years old. The 2024-2025 dance season is my 9th year! I am in Broadway Born, Companies A & J, and everything else that goes with being on the Xtreme Team. This will be me and my dad’s 8th year of father/daughter. My favorite styles of dance are musical theater and Lyrical. I’m really excited for this upcoming season!
Henry
Hi, my name is Henry. I am 10 years old and going into 5th grade; this will be my 6th year dancing. This year I am doing Diamonds & Studs, Xtreme Junior, Jr Crew, Companies K and O, Boys Jamm, Dude Crew, Production and a Solo. My goals this year are to be a better tapper, get a triple pirouette, learn grandes and get an aerial and back handspring. When I am not dancing I enjoy playing wiffle ball/baseball/basketball/riding bikes with friends, playing video games, running, swimming and playing with my cats.
Jensen
Hi, my name is Jensen. I am 10 years old and in 5th grade. This is my first year on Xtreme Team but 6th year dancing. I have two sisters Leighton (8) and Declyn (2) as well as 2 dogs. Outside of dance I like to swim, go shopping and be with friends. I am looking forward to my solo and getting to know everyone on all the different Teams. I am also excited for production and seeing all of my friends again. My favorite types of dance are Lyrical and hip hop. I think it is going to be a great year!
Kiera
I’m Kiera and I am so very excited to be a part of the Xtreme Team. I have been watching my older sister on the Team for the past three years and I am ready for the challenge. This year is also new because my younger sister will be dancing with us in Production. My favorite style of dance is Ballet and I look forward to my second year of performing a solo.
Lexi
Hi! My name is Lexi! I am 11 years old and in 6th grade. This is my 9th year at DOB and I will be on Dancin Diamonds and Studs, Production, Teen Crew 2, Co A, Co K, Xtreme Junior and a solo. This is my first year on Xtreme Team and I’m really excited! What I love most about dance is performing on a stage and having fun with my friends! I love learning all different styles of dance, but my favorite is Jazz! This year my goals are to work on turns and get my needle. Outside of dance, I enjoy playing softball, reading, and playing with my dog Millie! My favorite color is teal, and I love koalas and chipmunks.
Marley
Hi, my name is Marley, I’m 10 years old and going into 5th grade. This is my 5th year dancing! The dances I am in are: Dancin’ Diamonds and Studs, Co A, Co K, Teen Crew 2, a solo, Production, Xtreme Jr, and Xtreme All. I love to dance because it makes me feel so happy and excited to do a sport that I absolutely love and dance with my best friends. My favorite styles of dance are Musical Theater and Tap. My goals this year are to become more flexible, get better at my tumbling skills, and learn harder Tap moves. When I’m not dancing, I am hanging out with my friends and family and practicing my tricks. I also have 6 pets, 3 cats and 3 dogs. The cats' names are Willy, Jerry, and Cheech! The dogs' names are Willa, Kima, Jade! And I’m so excited for this year of dance to start!
Maya
Hi, my name is Maya. I am 8 years old and going into 3rd grade. I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old. I love to dance because it’s fun and active… AND I love to entertain people. I love all styles of dance including musical theater, Tap, Lyrical, and Jazz. I also love learning new tricks. I am grateful for my teachers for supporting me and helping me get better. When I’m not dancing, I love hanging out with my friends, going out on the boat, swimming and spending time with my family.
