Meet the Xtreme Teen Team
Alexis
My name is Alexis, I am 15 years old and this year I will be a sophomore. My main group I am on is Broadway’s Best and this will be my 9th year dancing! I am very excited for this upcoming season and I hope to improve on turns, Tap, and my Ballet technique. My favorite dance styles at the moment are Contemporary and Jazz. I love dance because of the friendships I have made and how dance has shaped me into the person I am today. Outside of dance I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, shopping and listening to music. I’m so excited to see how much I can improve this season and to meet new people!
Avery
My name is Avery H., I am 15 years old, and I am a sophomore at Maple Grove High School. This is my 11th year dancing at DOB and my first year doing Xtreme Team. My favorite styles of dance are hip hop and Tap.
Courtney
Hi, my name is Courtney. I am 13 years old and will be in 8th grade. My main group is Broadway Best. I've been dancing for 11 years now and each year I improve more and more. My favorite style of dance is contemporary. Some things I want to improve on are my tumbling skills and turns. When I am not at the studio, I like to play soccer and tennis. I am looking forward to another great year of dance.
Elena
My name is Elena I am 13 years old and I have 11 dances this year; my main line is Broadway Born, and besides Xtreme Team, I’m on Teen Crew 2, Production, Company X, Company Y, Father-Daughter, and my Lyrical solo. I am excited to compete this year and looking forward to my first year of doing a contemporary dance Company. Outside of dance I enjoy going to my cabin and being with my friends and family. I’m looking forward to another fun year of dancing!
Ella
Hi, my name is Ella V, and I am going to be a sophomore at Wayzata High School. I am very excited for this dance season because it will be my 9th year at the studio and my first time on Xtreme Team. Currently, I am on Broadway’s Best and I cannot wait to get to know my new teammates and learn our choreography. This season, I hope to build my confidence in dance, especially with my Hip Hop solo. Hip Hop has been my favorite style of dance since I first started dancing at the studio. However, as the years have passed I have quickly developed the love and passion for all styles of dance. Whereas my inspiration is both my peers, striving to become a better dancer, and becoming a better version of myself. I am so excited and looking forward to the start of the season! I cannot wait to see what this dance season will bring!

Hi! My name is Kaiya! This is my 3rd year in Dancin’ On Broadway’s Xtreme Team! This year I am on Best, Company Y, and Company X. This year I am looking forward to learning new things have having new experiences! I’m excited to see what this year of dance has to offer!

Hi, my name is Keya and I am an 8th grader. This will be my 8th year dancing at Dancin’ On Broadway, and my 3rd year dancing on the Xtreme Team. My main line is the Broadway Best. This year my goal is to improve my turns and technique. When I'm not dancing, I like to hang out with my friends, swim, spend time with my family on our boat in the summer, travel and explore new places, play games/cards and watch movies. My favorite styles of dance are musical theater and Lyrical, my favorite color is pink, my favorite restaurant is PF Changs, and my favorite treat is cookies or ice cream. I can't wait for another awesome year with my friends and my Team!

Hi! My name is Mackenzie W, I am 14 years old. I have one younger sister, Kelcie and a dog named Charlie. My favorite vacation destination so far has been Jamaica. I am so excited to start my 11th year of dancing. This will be my first year on Xtreme Team, and I am so excited. I love dancing because I get to dance with some of my best friends and compete with them. I'm so excited to be a part of Broadway's Best this year! My favorite style of dance is Contemporary. This year I hope to improve on my flexibility and turns. I'm looking forward to a fun year!

Hi, my name is Olivia B. I have been dancing at DOB for 8 years. This is my first year on Xtreme Team. My favorite style is Tap and I have danced with my dad in father daughter for the past 6 years. I am on dancing Best, Senior Crew, Company B, and Company Y. This year I am looking forward to meeting new people and having new experiences!

Hi, my name is Payton. I'm 13 years old and will be in 8th grade this year. This is my 10th year dancing but my first year on Xtreme Team, I am very excited! I will be doing 11 dances this year. The main group I am in is Broadway Best. This year I want to improve on flexibility, leaps, and turns. My favorite style of dance is Tap and this year I will be doing a Tap solo and Company! When I am not at the studio I like to be with my family and friends, listen to music, travel, and hang out with my dog. I love dance because I can learn new things about dance and life skills from my dance teachers. When I am dancing it seems like all of my worries go away and I have an amazing time even if I've had a bad day. I'm excited for another fun and amazing year!
