Meet the Xtreme Pre-Teen Team
Amelia
Hi, my name is Amelia I am 11 years old and in 6th grade. This will be my 9th year at DOB, I am on Broadway Born and this will be my fifth year on Xtreme. I’m so exited to learn new choreography and improve my skills. My favorite styles are Lyrical and Tap I also like Jazz. My favorite thing about dance is that I get to express my feelings through the different styles. Outside of dance I like spending time with family and friends.
Brynlee
Hi, my name is Brynlee, I’m 12 years old and going into 7th grade. This is my 10th year dancing at DOB. This year I’m dancing in the Broadway Born, Xtreme pre-teen, Teen Crew 2, Production, Company’s E and R, and a contemporary solo, which is my favorite style of dance. I love dancing because it makes me happy. I have fun with my friends in class and the studio feels like home to me. I couldn’t imagine what my life would be like if I didn’t dance! When I’m not dancing, I love to spend time with my family, friends and my dog Lady. I also like to spend time outdoors and going boating. I am looking forward to the season starting and being able to keep working hard to continue to improve as a dancer!
Callie
Hi, my name is Callie. I am 12 years old and I am going into 7th grade this year. This will be my second year in middle school! This is my 10th year at Dancin’ On Broadway and my 5th year on the Xtreme Team. I will be dancing in the Broadway Born performing line along with Production, Father-Daughter, Teen Crew-2 Hip Hop, 2 Companies (Company J and Company B), Xtreme Pre-Teen, and a solo. My favorite part about dance last year was learning the choreography of all of the dances! My dad and little brother, Duncan, also dance at DOB. My dad is in 3 dances and Duncan is in 11 (my mom even took a Tap class last year!) DOB is like our second home! Aside from dancing, I love playing with our 2 cats, doing crafts, swimming, and jumping on the trampoline. I also love learning acro skills. My goals for this year are to get my needle completely straight, become more flexible, and to be able to do a roundoff back handspring back tuck. My favorite things about dance are “across the floor” and learning choreography.
Haven
Hi, my name is Haven. I'm 11 years old and going into 6th grade. This is my 7th year at Dancin' On Broadway. My dances/teams this year are: Born, Production, Xtreme All, Xtreme Pre-teen, Teen Crew 2, Company E, Company J, a trio and my solos. Dancing with my friends brings me so much joy and I am really looking forward to this year! When I am not dancing, I love spending time with my sister, going to acro, creating art, and doing handstands :) My favorite styles of dance are Lyrical and Latin Jazz.
Katie
Hi, my name is Katie! I’m 12 years old and going into 6th grade. This is my 7th year dancing at DOB! I’m in Broadway Born, Co E, Co R, Xtreme Team, Teen Crew-2, production, a Trio, and performing a solo this year. I love dancing at DOB because of all the friendships that you make, and how supportive the teachers are. My favorite styles of dance are Musical Theater and Contemporary. When I’m not dancing, I enjoy hanging out with friends, spending time outdoors, and spending time with family. I’m so grateful for family, friends, and teachers that help me learn and grow not just as a dancer but as a good person. I am so excited for the new dance season; I know it will be a great one!

My name is Kristen B. and this is going to be my first year dancing on Xtreme Team! My favorite styles of dance are contemporary and musical theater! This year I am looking forward to dancing on Broadway Born. I love to dance because of many things, but one of those reasons is because it makes me so happy. My goals for this year is to improve my technique and work on flexibility. When I’m not dancing I love spending time on my boat out on the lake or hanging out with friends and family!
Layla
Hi I’m Layla and I’m 11 years old. This will be my 4th year of Xtreme, and my 9th year dancing at DOB. It will be a little more exciting this year, because my sister is also joining the Xtreme Team! My favorite styles of dance are Jazz and Lyrical. I am currently working on nailing my front aerial. I know this year will be the most amazing year yet!

Hi! My name is Lola! I am 12 years old and am in 7th grade this year. This is my 10th year dancing at DOB. This year, I will be dancing in Broadway Born, Xtreme Pre-Teen, Teen Crew 2, Co B, Co E, Co J, Co O, Co R, Production, a Trio and Solos. I love everything about dance and it makes me happy! I love learning all different types of dance, I love all my teachers at DOB and I also love attending conventions to learn new things! When I am not dancing, I love spending time with my friends and family!

Hi, my name is Mia! I am 13 years old and in 7th grade. This is my 10th year dancing at DOB, and I am so excited to be a part of Xtreme Pre-Teen! I love dance because I get to convey different emotions, dance with my friends, perform on stage, and have fun! This year I will be part of the Broadway Born, Xtreme Pre-Teen, Teen Crew-2, Co R and Co J. I love all styles of dance, but contemporary is my favorite! When I am not dancing, I love going to the lake, hanging out with my friends, and spending time with my family!

Savannah
Hi, my name is Savannah! I am going to be 12 years old this year and I am going into 7th grade. I am on the Broadway Born Team and this will be my fourth year being on the Xtreme Team. What I love most about dance is being on stage performing, being with friends and learning the dances. My two favorite styles of dance are Musical Theater and Lyrical. I’m grateful for my teachers who help me learn and grow as a dancer. When I am not dancing I love hanging out with my friends, going swimming/ boating, and spending time with my family. I am so exited for the year to come.
Sophie
My name is Sophia, but I prefer the nickname, Sophie. I just feel like it fits me better! I’m going into seventh grade, and this will be my 9th year dancing with DOB. My favorite styles of dance are Lyrical and musical theatre, I just love how creative you can get with both genres of dance. Outside of being on the competitive and Xtreme Teams at Dancin’ on Broadway, I also am part of the Delano Tigers Dance Team. This dance season, I made the JV squad as a seventh grader! I also play the piano and enjoy singing in choirs or solos and in musical theatre. I am very excited for this coming dance season, especially for the Axiom Convention Xtreme Team members get to go to! For me, dance is like oxygen. It’s something I just can’t live without!
